Q1. Who are the trainees of RTC(N)?
Ans1. Generally RTC(N) gets participants from about 15 cements , mining
and other plants of North India.
Q2. Who are the faculty for RTC(N) programs?
Ans2. RTC(N) has a pool of over 100 Line Managers from 10 cement
plants as resource persons who are trained at Denmark, NITTTR, Bhopal and
Chennai. RTC(N) also invites OEM's and Management Experts from outside for
these programs.
Q3. What is methodology of training?
Ans3. The methodology of traing programs at RTC(N) include :
Lectures/Conceptual building sessions.
Group discussions.
Management games / Role plays.
CBT's / VCD's.
Practicals / Demonstration at Models / Sites.
Q4. Does RTC(N) conduct inhouse programs at sites of other plants ?
Ans4. Yes, RTC(N) has conducted need based programs at plant sites in
India& Abroad. It conduct tailor made programs for clients at their site
on mining , mechanical , electrical , instrumentation, behavioral and
managerial topics.
